We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact and client intake forms, including:

• Preferences related to design, branding, and technology

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics currently.

Information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or scoping request
• Deliver agreed-upon services
• Follow up on a project or proposal

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon, running on Vercel infrastructure in the United States. Transactional notification emails are delivered via Resend. Both services are used only to process and store your submission — they do not receive your data for their own marketing or analytics purposes.

Data is retained as long as it is relevant to an active or prospective engagement. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
