Carle Systems LLC is an Arkansas limited liability company based in Bentonville, Arkansas, operated by Hunter Carle. Our website is carlesystems.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to hunter@carlesystems.com.

This policy covers this website. Work performed under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, which controls if the two ever conflict.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number, what you need, your business type, and your current website address.

The client intake form is longer. Only a few fields are required, and every one of them is answered by you:

• Contact and business details: name, job title, email, phone, company name, street address, city, and state
• Business context: what the business does, who it serves, and the main goal for the project
• Platform names and status: your current website platform, domain registrar, hosting provider, and whether a Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console already exist
• Brand and content preferences: logo notes, colors, fonts, tone, visual references, competitors, pages needed, and admin areas
• Launch details: target keywords, whether the site collects contacts, whether you have photos or video, motion preference, target launch date, and any other notes

The instant site check asks only for a website address. We fetch that page, read its public HTML, return the results to your browser, and keep nothing.

We do not ask for or store passwords, admin logins, API keys, or any other account credentials. The intake form records only the names of the platforms you use, never the way into them. When a project needs access to a system you own, we arrange it separately, through an invitation or access grant you control and can revoke.

We do not collect payment card information anywhere on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Google Analytics 4 runs on every page of this site. It sets its own cookies and collects standard measurement data, including an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and the pages you view. Google processes that data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Vercel Web Analytics also runs on every page. It is cookieless and reports aggregate traffic plus a small set of anonymous events, such as which form was focused or submitted and how far down a page visitors scrolled. It does not record what you typed.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not share site analytics with advertisers.

Information you submit is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or scoping request
• Prepare a proposal and deliver agreed upon services
• Follow up on an active or prospective project

We do not sell or rent your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and a form submission does not add you to a mailing list.

Contact form. Submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend. They are not written to a database. The message then lives in our email account for as long as the conversation is useful.

Client intake form. Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the United States, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend.

Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, which processes the ordinary server logs any web host keeps.

Abuse prevention. Your IP address is used to rate limit form submissions. It is held briefly in memory or in a short lived cache record, is never stored alongside your submission, and expires on its own.

These providers process data on our instructions so the site can function. They do not receive your submission for their own marketing or analytics.

Intake submissions are retained while an engagement is active or prospective, and as part of the project record afterward. Contact emails are retained for as long as the conversation stays relevant. You may ask us to delete either at any time, subject to records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

The site is served over HTTPS, form endpoints validate every field and rate limit submissions, and database credentials live in the hosting environment and are never committed to code. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through these forms.

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information

Email hunter@carlesystems.com with your request and we will respond within 10 business days. We extend these choices to everyone who asks, whether or not a privacy statute requires it.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
