Carle Books invoice review with fictional records and a separate Send Invoice action

Agreement and invoice workflow

Carle Books

Internal Carle Systems product

An internal tool that carries agreement details into a draft invoice while keeping review and sending as separate actions.

What I worked on
  • With automatic preparation enabled, a simulated completed signature creates a draft invoice.
  • Replaying the same event leaves one draft invoice in the demonstrated workflow.
  • The existing interface and backend were exercised locally with a simulated signing provider and disposable records.

The demonstration shows a draft ready for human review. Sending, payments, and bank activity were not exercised, and no client savings are claimed.

Owned internal tool. Screenshot records and the displayed amount are fictional example data.
