What it costs, up front.

You shouldn’t need a sales call to find out what something costs. Reviews and workshops are fixed fees. The retainer depends on how much of my time you need each month.

I keep your site or app running, keep up with the AI models and tools you depend on as they change, and I’m the person you ask before you build or buy something.

Tier 1

$500 / month

1 hour a month

  • Site or app upkeep and hosting oversight

2.5 hours a month

  • A monthly guardrail check

Every tier: I reply the same business day. Your monthly hours cover questions, advice, model and tool updates, and workflow reviews. Unused hours don’t roll over. Time past your hours is $150 an hour, and I ask before I start.

Your website gets checked on a schedule, and every problem found becomes a task I work through.

    Page checks

    Every important page is checked: is it up, how fast it answers, and whether its title and search description are still right.

  2. Weekly

    Phone and desktop tests

    A real browser opens your site on both, takes screenshots, and catches broken layouts, menus, and script errors.

  3. Nightly

    Security checks

    The software your site is built on is checked for known security problems. When a safe update exists, it’s prepared for review.

  4. Weekly

    Full-site SEO review

    Every page I can find is checked for missing titles and descriptions, broken links, missing image descriptions, and other issues search engines notice.

  5. Ongoing

    A tracked fix list

    Every problem found becomes a task. When the next check comes back clean, it’s closed, so you can see what was found and what was fixed.

Monthly report

A one-page report you’ll actually read.

Each month you get a short PDF and a plain-English note:

  • Visits from Google search, compared with last month and the same month last year
  • How people found you: searches for your business name and searches for what you do
  • Where you stand on the searches you care about
  • Leads recorded, and any pages that stopped working
  • What I changed on your site that month
  • One question for you, so next month starts with your priorities

Nothing is estimated. If a number couldn’t be pulled, the report says so instead of guessing.

After you build

AI Build Review

You built it with AI, or someone built it for you. I review security, how customer data is handled, your hosting, database, storage, and API keys, and how hard it will be to maintain. You get a written report ranked by what to fix first, plus a one-hour session on your workflow with a short written summary.

I only look at your live site from the outside, the way a visitor would. Fixes are scoped separately. Larger builds with several codebases, payments, or user roles start at $2,000. Start a Technical Partner retainer within 30 days and your first month is $250 off.

Deployment Readiness

A check of what tends to go wrong on launch day: settings and keys, domain and security certificate, backups and a way to roll back, error handling, forms, analytics, and monitoring.

Book an AI Build Review within 60 days and the full $650 goes toward it.

Build Setup

A written set of rules your AI follows, covering your tools, your structure, what not to touch, and how to handle keys. Then guardrails on your accounts: keys kept out of your code, backups, spending limits on hosting and AI services, and access only where it's needed.

AI Enablement Workshop

A half-day session teaching your team to use Claude on the work you actually do. I set up two custom skills built around your workflows and leave a short plan for what to learn next.

Up to 6 people. Extra custom skills $300 each, extra people $100 each. A two-hour owner 1:1 with one custom skill is $550. You pay for your own Claude plans.

I still build sites and software. Fixes from a review, migrations, and new builds are quoted on their own.

How I work

The fine print, in plain words.

You own your accounts. Your hosting, domain, code, and tools stay in your name. I’m added with the access the job needs and removed when it’s done.

Reviews are read-only. No shared logins. I look; I don’t change anything.

I don’t hold your customer data. Reports use totals, not names or contact details.

Updates mean small changes. If a provider retires something and your tool needs rebuilding, I’ll quote that separately.

Your subscriptions are yours. AI plans, API usage, and hosting are billed to you directly. Approved expenses are passed through at cost.

No promises I can’t keep. I won’t promise rankings, leads, or revenue. I promise to take care of what you’ve already paid for.
