Custom Software

Custom dashboards and internal tools for Northwest Arkansas small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. Built simple, built to last, built around your workflow.

Who this is for

  • You've outgrown the spreadsheet, but you don't want another bloated subscription
  • Off-the-shelf software forces your team into awkward workarounds
  • You need one focused tool: a dashboard, a tracker, or an approval flow

Examples

1

Operations dashboards

The handful of numbers that drive your day, in one view. No more assembling them from six tabs.

2

Purpose-built workflow tools

Replace a fragile chain of forms and spreadsheets with one clear path from request to done.

3

Simple control panels

A safe place for your team to run and check the connections between systems, without calling a developer.

Outcomes

  • A dashboard with the information your team actually needs
  • Jobs, clients, and requests tracked without spreadsheet sprawl
  • One clear path for intake and approvals
  • Works with the systems you already use
  • You own the tool, and the person who built it is one call away

Process

1

Define

Figure out the real problem, not the feature wish list.

2

Prototype

Get a working version in your hands early, so we know it fits.

3

Harden

Make it safe and dependable before it runs the real thing.

4

Improve

Let real use shape it, without letting it bloat.

Bentonville, Arkansas

Carle Systems is based in Bentonville and works directly with businesses in Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, and across Northwest Arkansas. Remote engagements are available when the workflow and operating team do not depend on location.

Every engagement is handled directly by Hunter Carle. There is no account-manager handoff between the person defining the constraint and the person responsible for the implementation.

Questions

How do I know custom software is justified?

If a problem keeps costing you hours every week and no off-the-shelf product fixes it without messy workarounds, custom is worth a conversation. If a $30 product solves it, I'll tell you.

Will we be locked into Carle Systems?

No. You'll know what you own, where it lives, and what support covers before we build anything. If we ever part ways, the tool and its documentation go with you.

Can you start with a prototype?

Yes, and it's usually the smartest first step. A small working version proves the idea before you invest in the full build.

Tell Hunter what's slowing you down.

You will get a direct answer about the next step worth taking.
